[摘要] 非洲石油资源丰富且产油国经济是一种以石油出口为主的依附性经济，以及世界大国的全球石油能源博弈，是石油能源极度匮乏的日本出台“走入非洲”石油能源战略的主要原因。为实现“走入非洲”石油能源战略，日本对内联合和扶持国内大石油公司，改组合并石油公团，提高在非洲竞争的能力；对外则积极开展能源外交，建立并强化了与非洲产油国的关系。

Japan’s “Walk into Africa” Petroleum Energy Sources Stratagem

Abstract:  The main reasons of Japan’s “walk into Africa” are Africa abounded with petroleum energy sources and the economy of Africa petroleum countries is a dependent economy mainly depended on petroleum export, and big countries petroleum chase in the world. In order to fulfill its “walk into Africa” petroleum energy sources stratagem, Japan amalgamated and supported its domestic large petroleum companies, and reorganized National Oil Crop to improve its competitive power. And actively developed energy sources diplomacy, established and consolidated its relations with Africa petroleum countries.
